FROM JON:
For the last few weeks, Jon Todd and Harvey Chan have been collaborating on 15 skateboard deck paintings.
This series of skate deck paintings married Todd's funky urban style of his femme fatals with Chan's fantasy images of goddess.
We are excited with how they turned out and would like to share them with you in this show. The opening is on Thursday June 21 st, 7 pm till midnight, at The Sweet Art Gallery and Sugar Shoppe, in The Distillery District, Toronto.
The gallery is located at The Case Goods Warehouse, Studio 107, right behind the Balzac Cafe. It is run by two very talented twin sister artists/illustrators, Erin & Kelly Carty. We hope you can come join us at this special event. Bring a friend or two ! It'll be a great way to spend the evening at this beautiful place.
Preview of the decks on display.
